Author Biography
Joan de Dé u Prats (Barcelona, 1962) is a children's and young adult author with more than 100 published works, many translated into several languages. He has received awards such as the Serra d' Or Prize. As a popularizer, he has also written over twenty books for adults, including works on Catalan fantastic imagination and mythological creatures. He collaborates with media, gives lectures and writing workshops, and leads cultural routes in Barcelona based on his books. Roger Zanni (Barcelona, 1976) is an illustrator and graphic designer. After working in advertising illustration, he found his vocation in editorial illustration. He collaborates with national and international publishers and regularly publishes in magazines such as Cavall Fort and El Tatano in Catalonia, and Astrapi, Youpi, and Images Doc in France. He has also taught illustration at EINA and at the Istituto Europeo di Design. Since childhood, he has drawn to bring imaginary worlds to life.
