Septuagenarian librarian Cleo Watkins believes in gracious manners, sweet tea, and justice--library justice. For over forty years, Cleo has tried every trick in the book to get delinquent patron Dixie Huddleston to return the most overdue volume in Catalpa Springs, Georgia.
