Author Biography
Kevin Perks is the senior director for WestEd's Quality Schools and Districts program and a former teacher and curriculum coordinator. Kevin is the author of A Teacher's Guide to VITAL Collaboration and A School Leader's Guide to VITAL Collaboration. Melissa Strand is a school improvement and literacy specialist at WestEd and a former National Board-certified teacher.
