Author Michelle Hargus has been called to encourage others through her real life stories and experiences. As Michelle began to freely share her life, she was encouraged by friends to compile these lessons into a book. Michelle recalls, "I am so blessed. Just this week a friend asked me to go for a walk, and we talked for a very long time. She just needed an ear to listen. I was able to offer her some encouragement and pray with my sweet friend. I'm not trying to sound arrogant, but ever since I was a little girl, I have believed God has given me a gift that may help others feel just a little more comfortable. I want Him to use me as a tool to reach others whenever possible. Sometimes I feel someone's energy. I know they may not necessarily need a hug but just a word of encouragement. I believe I am drawn to people who need a smile or a compliment that might change their entire outlook, even for just that moment. That's what I believe these stories are for... to give others a bit of happiness or a different outlook... a daily dose of hope."
