But over time, I began to see that this wasn't just a personal story. Actually there is no story at all.
It was an exploration of what it means to be fully alive.
Through passion and silence, heartbreak and grace, I wrote myself bare.
What you'll find here are fragments - poetic, fierce, flawed -, tender conversations with or rather to a beloved, with myself, and with life.
This is not a polished memoir. It doesn't follow a straight path. It's a mosaic.

My background is in mindfulness, yoga, and the wild teachings of animals. But that's not what this book is about.
