Author Biography
Toni Will is the general manager of the Kalamazoo Wings men's professional hockey team, leading in one of the most male-dominated industries in sports. Based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, she also works as a leadership coach and speaker, helping high-achieving women and men gain clarity, build confidence, and create sustainable success while living alcohol-free. Known for her direct, practical approach to leadership, Toni is a TEDx speaker, the host of Women In . . . podcast, and creator of the empowHER Conference, held annually in Kalamazoo. She is a two-time IRONMAN(R) athlete and a two-time Guinness World Record holder. Rebellious Success is her first book.
