All of us get to this place of being morbidly obese for different reasons: emotional eating when we're upset, sad or emotional, and even happy, childhood trauma, being addicted to the taste of food, or having a genetic predisposition to weight issues.I spent most of my life trying to lose weight, from childhood into adulthood. No diet or exercise plan seemed to work. By the time I was pregnant with my second child, I was over 200 pounds when I gave birth. That was the point where my medical problems began to increase.
