This public failure inspired the creation of the Red Letters and Red Dirt framework, a system designed to anchor high-performance culture in Secured Worth. With academic grounding from his Ed.D. (Liberty University), M.S. (University of Georgia), and B.S. (University of North Florida), his mission is to equip leaders (coaches, parents, and executives) to stop being transactional and start building a transformational culture.
