It's time for the GRANDEST event in Bearburgh: the Masque family's Masqued Ball! And this year it's even more exciting because famous pop star KITTY QITA is going to perform! Young detectives Reggie Rabbit and Pipsquark are there-- as waiters for Auntie Hibiscus's catering company. But not everything goes to plan. Author Biography
Becka Moor is a children's book illustrator, author, and designer who has illustrated over 70 children's books, including Libby and the Parisian Puzzle, The Famous Five series, and the Wigglesbottom Primary series. Becka studied Illustration for Children's Publishing in North Wales at Glyndwr University. She has since moved back home to Manchester where she works under the strict supervision of two very mischievous cats, doodling away and drinking far too much coffee. Swapna Reddy also writes as Swapna Haddow. Her first published book, Dave Pigeon (Faber), illustrated by Sheena Dempsey, received rave reviews and went on to win three regional awards in the UK and was shortlisted for the prestigious Sainsbury's Children's Book Award. Friendship and humour are always at the heart of what she loves to write. Swapna now lives in New Zealand with her husband, son, and their dog, Archie.
