Kristen Mosier, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice serving clients in New York and New Jersey. As a former writer and editor, she also continues to freelance for various publications. She resides in the New Jersey suburbs with her husband, three kids, and their dog, Milo, and is only sometimes restless for a more glamorous life than that of a suburban mom.
