Revitalizing: Soul, Body and Mind is a poetry collection by Anorah, published in 2026, bringing together 15 spiritually inspired poems that celebrate everyday life and faith.
The work stems from a lifelong poetic vocation: from an early age, the author found in words a way to process and share her vision of the world. Her purpose, as stated in the introduction, is to invite readers to see reality through a poet's eyes - through vivid imagery, lyrical language, and expressions that enrich the spirit.
The central themes revolve around faith in God (with explicit references to Jehovah and Scripture), family love, gratitude, and resilience. Several poems celebrate figures within the home - the mother, the father, the couple - as pillars of love and example. Others address the passage of time, the mystery of life in a fast-paced and indifferent world, and the importance of reuniting with loved ones before it is too late.
The overall tone is warm, encouraging, and hopeful.
