Dr Sam Mather gained a PhD at the University of Reading and has decades of experience worldwide supporting organisations with their employee development, change management, HR practices, diversity and inclusion and recruitment. She is also a qualified coach, neuroscience practitioner, NLP practitioner, and an entertaining speaker. Supported by three years' scientific research with employees from fast-moving VUCA organisations, Sam has a proven track record for methods to build resilience, boost well-being and improve personal performance in all areas of life.
