Saying sorry takes acknowledging that we harmed someone else, even if that was by accident. For some of us, especially our sensitive little ones, this can create such a sense of shame and sadness that it is difficult to produce an apology.
This book reminds us that actions speak louder than words, and that we can show we are sorry in other, often more heartfelt, ways. After all, squawking without thought should be left to the birds!
