The majestic creature we know as the butterfly may not be large in size, but it is large and in meaning. From birth to caterpillar, to the formation of its cocoon. Like the butterfly, we all have the ability to transform ourselves into the better version of us that we strive to become. We all have a story, which comes with its struggles to shape us. Fighting our own thoughts, feeling alone in this endless battle we call life. But you are not alone. We all face similar hardships, and no one should be ashamed of reaching out for help.
