The goal with this book is to open conversations, and help people know they aren't in the darkness alone. Healing comes when we allow others to bring light into our darkness. Darkness can't reside where light shines, so building a community of positivity and love is essential.
The ultimate goal of this book is to help the reader learn how to start loving themselves by seeing themselves through a Divine lens of infinite love. The Universe is abundant, and by embracing various tools throughout this book true healing can be achieved. Loving ourselves takes time and patience. Understanding that healing is a journey, not a destination, allows the experience of life to be peaceful.
Life isn't about being perfect, but by allowing ourselves to live on a higher vibration of love. This book teaches how to live on a higher vibration of love, while embracing the abundance of everything the Universe offers.
