Author Biography
LJ. Crawford is the founder of LJC Motivations. The goal of the company is to assist businesses with their workplace cultures and communication between management and hourly employees. LJ would like to see the workplace be an environment of growth, development and reaching the budget requirements with eager and determined team members that feel as though they are a part of the vision. LJ has a divine calling to help individuals recognize their greatness and honor the gifts that they carry within. Inspiring others is the foundation for LJC Motivations. An inspired heart and mindset is the key to a well-balanced personal and business life. She is a Certified Purpose Discovery Specialist and a Certified City Strategist. Though life has been an uphill journey, LJ has garnered grace, mercy, and lessons of growth along the way. LJ considers herself a servant to the suffering and her genuine love for others allows her to counsel and actively guide people to another level of life and the necessity of self-love. A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, she enjoys spending time with her family and gets temporarily lost in the smiles and eyes of her two grandchildren. Networking and connecting people are LJ's greatest skill and passion. Iron sharpens iron so staying connected to individuals with positive mindsets is the key to advancement. At the age of 46, LJ skydived from 12,000 feet, and the greatest moment was realizing that once you are committed, there is no turning back.
