Author Biography
Denise Thompson-Slaughter is a retired academic editor and a published author of nonfiction, fiction, and poetry. She lives in western New York with her husband Tom, dog Rose, and Manny the cat, who some call the mayor of the neighborhood. Denise is happy to report that she has maintained her friendship with " Miri" and " Jeri" for sixty years now, even though they all live in different states.
