Rosie Battista became a competitive body builder at age 50 after finding herself in a black hole, under a black cloud and front and center of the perfect storm of 'unfortunately uncomfortable situations and circumstances'. Her way out was to enter a body building competition. This crazy and courageous idea was something so scary that it would actually CHANGE HER LIFE. Her personal growth journey resulted in a 38 pound weight loss in 16 short weeks, a new inspired spiritual path and the launching the business of Sleeping Naked After 40.
