And this is what we are trying to prove in this book. In order to efficaciously justify such an argument we meticulously focus on eight relatively small-sized European case studies (Andorra, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco and San Marino).
