Profesionalmente hablando, lo único para Gary Keller es la formación. Construyó su empresa inmobiliaria enseñando a sus clientes a tomar grandes decisiones de compraventa, contrató a otros agentes y los formó para trabajar junto a él y fue cofundador y presidente de la junta directiva de Keller Williams International, empresa que levantó a partir de una simple oficina y que llegó a ser la segunda inmobiliaria de Estados Unidos.
