Spiritual awareness is defined as having the perception and knowledge of an invisible world existing around you. The spiritual realm is one only a well-trained eye can see and observe. Many believers operate in a false sense of sight. Leaders mislead their followers into believing just because they have repented and given their lives to God, they can now see into the spirit realm and their understanding of spiritual things has been elevated.

Monte D. Ware, PhD, earned a bachelor's degree in religious education, a master's degree in religious counseling, and a doctorate in pastoral counseling. He has been teaching and preaching the word of God for more than twenty years. Ware has served as senior pastor of four different ministries throughout his service to the Lord.
