Marilee Donivan is a retired classroom teacher, now an author, artist, and publisher of uplifting books for children and adults. As an author, Marilee Donivan writes to encourage and comfort readers who are suffering through grief, trauma, or trials. She is a member of American Association of Christian Counselors, and believes creating art is a valuable tool to bring comfort and healing to hurting people. To invite people to explore their creativity, she wrote "Beginning Watercolor Painting" and assembled a Beginning Watercolor Painting Kit with painting explorations ("You Can Do It!
