She lives on Long Island, New York, with her husband Arnie, sons Eric and Steven, and dogs Bandit and Chewy. Elizabeth Verdick is a children's book writer and editor. She has authored and coauthored many books in the Laugh & Learn series (including Dude, That's Rude!; See You Later, Procrastinator!; and How to Take the Grrrr Out of Anger).
