A chartered marketer by profession, Joan Rumsey serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at La Carne, a premium butcher in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and Cebu, Philippines. A graduate of both the Enderun Colleges in the Philippines, and Les Roches Hospitality School in Switzerland, and also a culinary education by Michelin-star chef Alain Ducasse, Joan's love language is food, and she is passionate about advocating for nutrient-dense beef and lamb, especially within Filipino cuisine. When Joan is not cooking or talking about meat, you may find her working on marketing strategy with small women-led businesses.
