In STEM Education in Underserved Schools, editor Julia V. Clark addresses an urgent national problem: the need to provide all students with a quality STEM education. Dr. Julia V. Clark is the retired Program Director in the Division of Research on Learning in Formal and Informal Settings in the Directorate for Education and Human Resources at the National Science Foundation.
