Three women have been abducted with little evidence left at the scenes. When the first ice-encased body is discovered in a Sussex County forest, Delaware State Police Homicide Detective Johnny Stillwater knows the remaining missing women are on borrowed time.
Journalist and true crime author, Abby Munro, begins to suspect a link between these abductions and a killer who got away with murder eleven years ago.
