Ever wondered why filling the demographic sheet of an Ideal Client Avatar (ICA) is something many business coaches harp on? What's the point of making this imaginary person? Ain't nobody got time for that right?
Here's what no one told you about this marketing tool: it was never just a marketing exercise. It's an assignment.
When you were designed with your superpower(s)- you became a bridge. And on the other side of that bridge is a real person, in a real season, with a real need, that you were specifically equipped to meet.
The ICA tool isn't elementary. It's foundational. Most business coaches fail to explain the psychology behind this marketing tool.
Truth is, your ideal client isn't a made-up persona. She's the person you used to be. She's the prayer you used to pray. She's the problem you already solved.
When you learn to see your ICA this way, it takes the "ick" out of selling. A deep understanding of your ICA helps you stop desperately settling for unaligned customers and helps you attract dream clients.
This book bridges the gap between knowing who you serve and actually reaching her.
