Author Biography
At age ten, Anita Reinsma vividly remembers transforming the family's basement into a theater. It became the entertainment capital of the world for her and the neighborhood. All of the kids collaborated on plays and musicals. The only time the theater was ever dark was when the Mickey Mouse Club was on! She was twelve when there was talk of moving from Chicago to California. What an adventure! The family (dad, mom, older brother Bert, Anita) packed up the Chevy station wagon and traveled Route 66 to the Golden State. Anita's pursued journalism and photography in high school and college. Her first professional job was in advertising--writing and producing commercials. Next came writing and producing videos for movie studios, corporations and rock concerts. She has stumped the band on the Tonight Show, performed as a circus clown and looks forward to winning the Nobel Prize or Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes. Her first book is "Stop Waiting for Prince Charming! He's Already Married to Bob." Exactly what are the odds of getting married? Why are we so obsessed with this?
