- Positive Affirmations - There are positive affirmations throughout this journal. "I am Growing and Glowing" and "I am Loved" are just a few that are found throughout the journal.
- Activities - There are several pages of activities and prompts to get creative juices flowing.
- Mood Trackers - There are emojis to color based on your daily mood. Knowing how you are feeling and actually tracking it allows you to reflect on your day.
- Coloring Pages for Relaxation - There are pages to color to help you relax.
- Get Creative - There are sections designed to help you express your thoughts and feelings in different ways.
- Thoughts - There is a designated section in the journal for additional thoughts, notes, poems or anything else you would like to write down.
About the Author & Illustrator
Bieunkah is an entrepreneur, illustrator, and author. She is a native of Grambling, Louisiana and received a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from Grambling State University. She received her M.B.A. in Leadership and Ethics from John Brown University in Northwest Arkansas, where she now resides with her family. She spends time creating paper goods products that are designed to uplift, empower and inspire.
