W. Scott Culberson is a system-thinker, an architect of P&L achievement through lean transformation and learning organization. He brings experience from process-product development, design of production systems, control, logistics, quality-intensive plant management, corporate technical apprenticeship, multinational startup, turn-around, and consultancy in operational excellence. He has delivered high-ROI results in continuous processing, discrete assembly, planning, logistic, retail, service-repair, admin, transactional, manufacturability, and reliability. Scope includes automotive, power tools, appliances, capital equipment, mining, and many more. Scott is a chemical engineering graduate of Clemson University. He speaks fluent French and basic German, from expatriations in Europe.
