Jo Barrett is one of Australia's most inventive and highly regarded chefs, specializing in sustainability and low waste recipes. Jo made her name at Oakridge Winery in the Yarra Valley in Australia, with partner Matt Stone, and helped create the ground-breaking FutureFoodSystem with innovator Joost Bakker.
