Sustenance is a study based on Peter's second letter to the church. The cover reflects the dynamic list of characteristics Peter gives in chapter one, as well as the fruits of the Spirit also included in this study.
As we dive into this study verse-by-verse, we discover how deeply motivated Peter was to communicate the importance for believers in Jesus to stay engaged in a disciplined way of life. Peter urged believers (and still does through the living and active Word) to invest in intentional spiritual growth practices.
What does that mean for us? Practices or methods used to develop and grow our own personal discipleship are called spiritual disciplines.

- Pray each day before you begin to study.
- Read all the Scripture recommended for each day of study.
- Read all the accompanying commentary and narrative for each day as some parts of Peter's letter are difficult to unpack and the extra information is written to help you.
