Most people struggle to articulate their talents, while many don't believe they have any. Yet, God has blessed each of us with innate abilities, whether they are hidden or obvious. They can be used to serve others, as a foundation for professional life, and to bless our families, so it is no surprise that our Heavenly Father bestowed them upon all of his children. Some talents, like playing the piano or woodworking, are more easily identifiable. Others aren't quite as obvious, such as empathy, peacemaking, or analytical thought, yet they hold the power to bring us joy in every facet of our lives. Everyone should experience the satisfaction of developing and utilizing his or her own abilities. Grounded in LDS doctrine and scripture, Talented will help you understand these sacred gifts, identify your own, and develop strategies to use them to bless your life and serve others. You will discover who you are, what you have to offer, and how to do more of what you love!
