Raised in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, he immigrated to the United States at the age of thirty.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003ePanga graduated from Texas A\u0026amp;M University, San Antonio, with a bachelor of science in biology and a minor in psychology. He also attended San Antonio College, majoring in drama, nursing, and general science.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eMultilingual, Panga offers interpretation services as a hobby. He speaks English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Swahili, and many other African languages.
