Collaboration and teamwork are the keystones of organizational life. Managing a team requires specific competencies, the outcomes of a process of informed learning based on critical analysis not only of organizational successes, but failures as well. This book provides the tools, the methodology, and the guiding principles to support the people who work in teams as members and as leaders. Author Biography
is Professor of Practice of Leadership, Organization and HR, SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is the winner of the 2017 Rotman School of Management (Canada) "Teaching Award." is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management at Università Bocconi where he is also the Director of the MSc in International Management.
