In Thank God for The Blessing, Daisy Fludd shares a collection of short stories of various events that have happened throughout her life that all ended with some sort of blessing. From throwing a beautiful reunion in the memory of her mother to the Holy Spirit telling her husband to open a business to dreams that ended up coming true and more, each story reveals a blessing from God and opens the eyes of everyone who can also always find blessings within their own lives. The author, originally from Santee, South Carolina, now resides in Columbia, South Carolina. She graduated from Elloree High School and Midland Technical College with an Associate Degree in Business. After a successful career, she retired from The State in 2014. She and her husband have been married for forty-three years and have three children and five grandchildren. Together, they run their own business, Fludd's Home Improvement. She is an active member of The Trinity Baptist Church, where she serves on the Intercessory Prayer Ministry Team. She deeply values her church community and their teamwork.
