Have you ever heard someone say he/she had a bad day? I have. I've heard it so much that I refuse to say that any day is bad. Over the years, I've convinced myself that I don't have bad days; I, rather, have different types of good days. Affirming this personal truth has improved my outlook on the days of my life.
