Elizabeth was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. She received her B.A. in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama in 2003. She is a marketing and communications professional with more than 16 years of experience in healthcare community engagement. Elizabeth is an author, board chair, certified life coach, community leader, entrepreneur, mentor and motivational speaker. She is the owner of MindingYourLiz. Above everything, Elizabeth is a Christian and a survivor who lives and thinks BIG.
