Do you ever hesitate before reaching out to someone?
Do you avoid conversations that could change your life?
Do you feel like you're capable of more - but not quite sure how to get there?
Don't worry, you are not alone.
Most people don't struggle because they lack skill, intelligence or ambition. They struggle because they hesitate in the moments that matter - the moments where they could speak up, reach out or take action. The moments that could have a dramatic impact on their life.
The 500 Lunches Effect shows you a way forward.
Nick Bendel had lunch with 500 strangers - people from all ages, backgrounds, professions and personalities. What started as a personal experiment, became a powerful exploration of human behaviour.
In this practical and thought-provoking book, Nick reveals what he learned from those 500 lunches and the conversations that came with them - and how you can apply those lessons to your own life with extraordinary results.
You'll discover:
- why hesitation - not lack of skill - is what really holds people back
- why confidence is not the starting point (and what to focus on instead)
- how to start conversations and build relationships easily
- how small, consistent actions can transform your results over time
- how to develop social courage - the ability to act before you feel ready.
Packed with real stories, practical insights and simple frameworks, *The 500 Lunches Effect* will help you take action, build meaningful relationships and create more opportunities in your career and your life.
