Youth Ministry is indeed essential and cutting-edge Youth Leaders are necessary. Aside from the annual roller-coaster of activities, it is important that solid relationships amongst Youth and Youth Leaders become the building blocks to the overarching goal of transforming lives. Thus, genuine connection is paramount to the success of Youth Ministry, and we have an obligation to share in the experience of lifting the areas of generational development. Therefore, as a Youth Leader in this dispensation, these are the questions to ponder: Are you ready to build lasting connections? Will your impartation make an indelible imprint? Can you withstand the cultural winds of change while maintaining the relevant truth of the Gospel? As a result of our presence and the title of 'Youth Leader' bestowed, does our target audience view our leadership as a distant shadow? Are we the reason Youth Ministry is stagnant? Yes, it is time to truly consider our stance and make positive impressions that will never fade as we challenge every facet of our roles and expert obligations within the realms of Youth Ministry. This book will re-frame, illuminate, and define our unique assignment from Almighty God to be the lifeline to - and for - the generations! Since we are an entire community within the ecosystem of Youth Ministry Leadership, let's re-create the vibe of our golden opportunities while re-imagining ways to ignite the commission that never sleeps - Youth Ministry!
