Phil Taylor-Guck is an entrepreneur, investor and author with a background in finance and economics. He is the founder and CEO of the Elect Group, a multi-disciplinary business spanning recruitment, training, social value and investment, with a focus on workforce transformation and long-term value creation. Phil's work explores the intersection of economics, labour markets, AI and social systems, challenging prevailing narratives around work, wealth and opportunity. Known for asking uncomfortable questions and resisting simplistic answers, his writing blends data, systems thinking and real-world experience. He is a husband and father of two, drawing inspiration from curiosity, challenge and critical thought.
