After several entrepreneurial endeavors, Julie Laforêt chose to move with her family to the forest in Burgundy, France, to get closer to nature and live more in line with her values. In this setting, in the heart of nature, she comes across many plants and other living things. She was inspired by her surroundings to explore tataki zomé and teach yoga.
