For over a quarter of a century, Tim's focus and area of expertise has been leadership development and emotional intelligence. His healthy workplace relationships workshops have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and the Indianapolis Star. He is the author of four books, two curricula, and over 20 magazine and journal articles.
