I also feel it's important to see Santa in a vulnerable state, in need of help, rather than portray him as a character in control of all things, all the time. In the story "The Biggest Candy Cane Ever Saves Christmas", Santa is clearly in need of assistance, not only from his family & friends, but also from Heaven above. In reality, we all have our moments of need, and it's important to be reminded we all need each other & should be there for one another - and not forget the power of our own spirituality, in our hour of need.
