The inner critic doesn't quiet down for neurodivergent brains. It gets louder.
The Brain Bully Journal is a structured, CBT- and ACT-informed guided workbook built specifically for ADHD, Autistic, and AuDHD adults. Each two-page spread pairs an externalization exercise ("The Bully") with an evidence-based reframing exercise ("The Bodyguard"), giving readers a concrete, repeatable tool for working through Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, executive dysfunction shame, and intrusive thought loops.
The interior is fully undated and non-sequential by design, removing the visible "missed day" record that triggers shame cycles in traditional planners. Somatic check-in prompts support readers with alexithymia by grounding emotional awareness in physical sensation. Guided doodle pages offer a sensory-regulation outlet throughout.
Grounded in expressive-writing research and simplified cognitive-behavioral technique, this is not a replacement for professional mental health care - it is a complementary, portable self-regulation tool suited for personal use, therapist office waiting rooms, school counseling programs, and neurodivergent-affirming gift and resource collections.
