Greg Crawford is a long time fitness and nutrition expert and entrepenuer who is one of the leaders in his industry. After starting his own gym and further expanding his business, Greg has helped hundreds of people transform not only their bodies but their lives as well. After creating his popular and successful 30 day weight loss detox challenge, Greg started applying the Brain Detox principles with these people which helped them make lasting changes in their lives.
