Katy Appleton is an author, founder & director of appleyoga, trainer of trainers, and a certified yoga teacher of over 30 years. She has published several yoga books and award-winning DVDs for home practice and is an internationally recognised teacher of Vinyasa Flow.
Natasha Moutran is an author, musician, lead facilitator and teacher with a world wide audience and over a decade of experience in the yoga industry. As a wellness entrepreneur she has founded many successful companies, and is now living a nomadic life focusing on international offerings, retreats, sacred sexuality and her creative projects.
