AMANDA CIPRICH, MS, RD, is the owner of Wholesome Nutrition LLC, a virtual practice that specializes in type 1 diabetes management. She became a registered dietitian in 2017 after she received her master's degree in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. She works with individuals and families living with diabetes to help them prioritize self-care.
