Additional information
by Elisha Otieno (Author), Augustine Imbuye Wasonga (Author)
In this first published collection of short stories, the author explores several themes. There are stories that are based on social behaviour and morality, as well as those that explore religious hypocrisy and corrupting of religious institutions to meet nefarious ends by people who are put in trust. Corruption, as usual, rears its ugly head and selfishness that drives corruption is also brought out. Many characters lack purpose for the work they do, and do not exhibit passion. The book is meant to appeal to the young and the old alike, to entertain as well as be interpreted. The education system is also examined.
