Jim Barrett is a chartered psychologist and consultant with many years` experience in advising organizations of all sizes on their selection procedures and assessment systems. He is the co-author of the international best-seller Test Your Own Aptitude, and also How to Pass Advanced Aptitude Tests, Career, Aptitude & Selection Tests and Ultimate Aptitude Tests, all published by Kogan Page.
Hugh Green has a lifetime of experience in individual and organization development both as a group human resources director and as an external consultant. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
